Brief Introduction:
Cyclic corrosion testing is intended to be a more realistic way to perform salt spray tests than traditional, steady-state exposures. Because actual atmospheric exposures usually include both wet and dry conditions, it makes sense to pattern accelerated laboratory tests after these natural cyclic conditions. Research indicates that, with cyclic corrosion tests, the relative corrosion rates, structure and morphology are more similar to those seen outdoors.
Cyclic corrosion testing simulates the closet actual natural environment, such as salt spray, drying, humidity and temperature alternating. The testing is strict than natural environment, and can be programmed or tested individually.
There is national testing standard for salt spray test, with acetic acid salt spray corrosion test, Copper-accelerated acetic acid-salt spray test, and Cyclic corrosion test. It apply glass fiber reinforced plastics and touch screen auto running, it can run all the environmental test in one chamber, conform relevant international standards.
